Most of what leaves our yard becomes a deck. It's why we quote packages rather than hand over boards — you get the material list, the layout and the number.

Beyond decking
The same takeoff works for anyone building in ground contact, standing water or livestock country — the wet end of a build, where a board that absorbs nothing pays for itself.
Legs sit in wet ground year round, and every season of sanding and sealing is crew time already spoken for.
Pens and bunks sit in constant wet and manure, take a hammering from stock, and get scrubbed down — for twenty years.
About the hardest place you can put a board — submerged, frozen, baked and walked on barefoot, every season without a break.

Built with Premium Built Structures
Eco Column is a purpose-built structural column made from Alberta recycled plastic, developed with our sister company Premium Built Structures for their post-frame shops, barns and riding arenas. It goes in the ground and stays there.
A different product from our dimensional lumber — engineered and tested to carry load. Ask us which one your build needs.
Our material
Paint pails in, lumber out. Ours comes from one of the harder streams to recycle — the pails collected through Alberta's regulated paint and oil programs, cleaned and extruded into solid board.
Stage 01
Paint and oil pails recovered through regulated Canadian recycling programs.
Stage 02
Melted and formed into solid dimensional boards. No wood fibre, no chemical treatment.
Stage 03
Solid through the section. Cut it, drill it and fasten it with ordinary tools.
Our impact
Every board starts as something someone threw away. Canadians bin roughly three million tonnes of plastic a year and recycle under a tenth of it — and pails are among the harder pieces to do anything with.
